What's in this range
A wide range of sterile single-use accessories: probes including the Jobson Horne pattern, needle holders (Kilner, Mayo Hegar, Lawrence), tongue depressors, staple and clip removers, umbilical cord clamps and dilators, towel clamps (Backhaus) and tubing clamps.
About the patterns
Jobson Horne probes are a double-ended ENT instrument, with a probe end and a wax-loop end, used for ear and nose examination and wax removal. Kilner, Mayo Hegar and Lawrence needle holders hold a suture needle during wound closure, differing in jaw length and locking mechanism. Tongue depressors are used for oral examination. Staple and clip removers take out surgical skin staples or clips. Umbilical cord clamps and dilators, and cord clamp removers, are used in maternity and neonatal care. Backhaus towel clamps secure surgical drapes in place. Tubing clamps are used to clamp drainage or IV tubing.
